    • There will be FUN

    This is the inaugural year

  • Two locations

    Trail Building session will take place at -

    • Dufferin Park - Kamloops BC

    • 1230pm-230pm

    Vendors, bike lessons, games, food, movie will be at

    • Thomson River University

    • 3:30pm - 7:30pm

    • Doors open for movie at 7:30pm

  • Whatever you are comfortable donating is perfect if that is only $1 we still want you there! - but there is perks for donating more! For each $10 donated, you will get an extra raffle ticket for some awesome prizes. We will also be collecting donations for the food bank

  • The entry donations are cash only. Some of the vendors may have other payment options, but we highly suggest coming with cash!

    Note there will not be an ATM onsite

  • Yes! To avoid disappointment make sure you grab ticket as there are only 200 seats in the theatre.

  • No bike needed! But there will be fun games and challenges to participate in that will be on bike. There will be off bike challenges as well so no worries if you wont be able to bring a bike. Still join us!

  • Yes! The City of Kamloops will have their bike valet set up and the Kamloops Cycling Coalition will be there managing it! So your bikes will be in good hands

  • We are highly encouraging people to ride their bikes to the event, however we understand that may not be possible. If you need to drive, it be great to carpool with friends. There is parking that is free on weekends

    L1 and L2 will be your best options for the event

  • It sure is! We are bike riders who live in Canada! Some bad weather won’t hold us back. Make sure to dress for the weather and if its raining for the movie we have some back up plans in place to help keep people dry

    • Clothing for the weather

    • Cash for your entry donation, snacks and the vendors.

    • Your bike and helmet if you want to participate in the games.

    • A donation to the food bank.

  • Kal-Tire will have their BBQ on site and Independent Grocer has donated hotdogs. This is a by donation BBQ. Natures Fare has also supplied popcorn for the movie!

  • This is a family friendly event, held in a public park and on a University Campus. There will be absolutely no smoking/vaping or alcohol on site. If you need to smoke, you will need to leave the school/park grounds or find a designated smoking area on campus. If anyone has clearly been drinking, you will be asked to leave

  • We love dogs, but appreciate that not everyone is comfortable around them. So we ask that you leave your furry friend home for this event.

  • This whole event is family friendly! The movie is a bike movie that will be appropriate for all ages - however, please note there will be swearing
